Angelique Boyer Has a Girl's Night Out With Carmen Villalobos, Talks About El Güero
Angelique Boyer is already enjoying her newly single status.
The 25-year-old actress was out partying with Carmen Villalobos, who shared a picture that also included actresses Fernanda Castillo and Manuela González.
Before announcing her decision to split from El Güero, Boyer wrote, "Fernanda, thank you for your attention. We spent it very well. Thanks for everything."
She has remained silent on her Twitter account since.
But she hasn't been completely silent. According to TV Y Novelas, she said, "He is a great man, and he's very important to me."
She also explained that the twosome decided to put out a note to "not talk anymore, not make too much noise. Really it's a situation that we wants to keep between us."
Boyer feels sad and acknowledges how difficult it will be to continue working amid a breakup. She only added that "it was complicated."
It was just a few weeks ago that the two were seen together, looking in love.
But as with other celebrity break ups, rumors abound about why they decided to call it quits. Some believe that it's because Boyer's mom, Sylvie Rousseau, is gravely ill. Rousseau never liked her dating José Alberto Castro, and Boyer broke it off to give her mother peace of mind during these difficult times.
Others say the breakup was bound to happen because the producer was very jealous of her natural on-screen chemistry with Sebastián Rulli on the hit telenovela "Lo Que La Vida Me Robó." Though Rulli and Boyer's ability to convey a real couple on the series has helped to make the show successful, it has also driven a wedge between Boyer and Castro.
