'Grey's Anatomy' Season 10 Episode 15 Spoilers: Jo and Stephanie Make a Shocking Discovery [Video]
The latest episode of "Grey's Anatomy" focused on the staff of Grey Sloan trying to circumvent a frustrating new hospital rule.
In "You've Got to Hide Your Love Away," no one at the hospital is happy about the no-fraternization rule, which means staff members can't date other staff members.
Alex (Justin Chambers) and Jo (Camilla Luddington) get around the new rule by faking a huge argument in front of everyone so they can still date without anyone suspecting they're still together. All goes as planned until they get caught hooking up in a closet. Jackson (Jesse Williams) and April (Sarah Drew), who recently eloped, are also discovered.
Alex then erupts in anger at a board meeting, saying that the hospital basically began by doctors and interns hooking up.
Meanwhile, Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) are moving into the new home that they bought together.
Also, Cristina (Sandra Oh) and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) are friends again, and are back to their old ways of having nights of drinking and gossip.
Cristina catches wind that Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Emma are moving in together, and is not happy about it. A drunk Cristina then goes to Owen with a bottle of wine to congratulate him on moving in with Emma, and they end up sleeping together. Owen then breaks up with Emma, realizing that he doesn't want a future with her.
Derek (Patrick Dempsey) is in interviews with the president's staff, but he doesn't think it's going well, which Meredith is a bit happy about. But it turns out the president's staff does like Derek, and want him to run the brain mapping project.
Meanwhile, the interns are pointing fingers about who went to HR and brought about the no-fraternziation rule. Everyone thinks it was Stephanie (Jerrika Hinton) until Leah confesses.
On the next episode, "Throwing It All Away," "Arizona has a bad day which escalates when she advises one of Callie's patients on a potential double amputation. Derek goes back on a promise to Callie, and Jo and Stephanie find an abandoned baby outside the hospital. Meanwhile, the doctors deal with the repercussions of the non-fraternization rule, which include meetings with HR and one doctor's suspension."
In other "Grey's" news, there could be an episode that focuses on the sexual abuse that Jo referred to last season.
"Something that hasn't been touched on that I would love to see touched on is the sexual abuse - or perhaps even rape - that Jo referred to last season in the episode where the tree came through the window," Camilla Luddington told TVLine. "It hasn't been brought up since, and I want to know know what the situation was and what she went through."
Also, while Sandra Oh will be exiting the series soon, an original cast member will briefly rejoin the long-running medical drama.
Isaiah Washington will reprise his role as Dr. Preston Burke for one episode, which is set to air in May.
Series creator Shonda Rhimes said having him back creates the "full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang."
"It's important to me that Cristina's journey unfolds exactly as it should," Rhimes said. "Burke is vital to that journey."
