Katy Perry has done just about everything once on the red carpet. When she's not changing her hair color, she's wearing something that evokes a cartoon character. This lady likes to experiment and push the limits with her style, but she also knows how to pick 'em.

Nov. 25, 2013:
In a floral Oscar de la Renta dress, Katy Perry made an entrance to the American Music Awards. She made sure to stick to her signature quirk by pairing the dress with an Olympia Le-Tan book-inspired clutch. The purse reads "Webster's New World Handy Pocket Dictionary."
July 28, 2013:
Katy Perry can run with a theme and take it too far, but for the Los Angeles premiere of "The Smurfs 2," this all-blue ensemble is exactly what she should have worn. She even made sure the outfit was super appropriate for a movie aimed at children.
May 7, 2013:
For the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute's "Punk: Chaos to Couture," she wore this Dolce and Gabbana dress. It certainly didn't fit the punk theme, but neither did many of the attendees. What she was able to accomplish, however, was a youthful, fun look that really stood out against the many floor-length dresses. And she topped it with the best accessory: a sparkling crown.
April 27, 2013:
At the annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner, Katy Perry was elegant and quite simple. This is someone who is known to over accessorize and wear too many bright colors, so this is a much more relaxed look that doesn't draw negative attention to her when she's surrounded by both other entertainers and people in politics.
Feb. 11, 2013:
For the 2013 Grammys, she mostly complied with the strict dress rules. Though, she did opt for an cutout on the front of her dress that only accentuated her figure. Her look was sleek and still was as attention grabbing as her other getups. The mint green Givenchy dress also served as a great reminder that models and other people look differently in the same dress.
