Things will heat up when "Arrow" returns with an all-new episode next week featuring a new deadly foe named The Clock King.

During the Feb. 26 episode of "Arrow," titled "Time of Death," a new threat comes to Starling City in the form of The Clock King, a brilliant criminal named William Tockman who plans his crimes with great precision, played by guest star Robert Knepper.

After he uses his clever technology to infiltrate the computers in the Arrow lair, Felicity will try to take him on as a way to move her worth. However, it appears that she will run into some trouble and need the Canary to come to her rescue, reports Cinema Blend.

A series of photos released by The CW provides an exclusive sneak peak at "Time of Death," revealing that the Lances will host a family dinner to welcome Sara back home. However, Oliver will join the family since he and Sara are back together. This will result in a rather awkward situation between the Sara and Laurel, and may even drive Laurel back to drugs, reports Zap2it.

According to Hypable, the official synopsis for Episode 14 states: "Oliver (Stephen Amell) brings Sara (Caity Lotz) into the Arrow team. Watching Oliver and Diggle (David Ramsey) spar with Sara and talk old scars, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) starts to feel left out. The team is investigating a villain named William Tockman, a.k.a. The Clock King (guest star Robert Knepper), who is a brilliant thief armed with technology that can open any bank vault in Starling City."

The episode's synopsis continues, "After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman's whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. Meanwhile, Oliver throws Sara a welcome home party, but Laurel (Katie Cassidy) refuses to attend. After Lance (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them."

Later on in the season, actor Stephen Amell teased that his character Oliver and Laurel will have an encounter unlike one we've ever seen before on the show, reports TVLine.

TVLine also revealed that Cynthia Addai-Robinson will reprise her role as Amanda in the mid-March episode "Suicide Squad," which flashes back to Dig's days in Afghanistan. Meanwhile, viewers will find out what's going on with Ollie's biz partner Isabel Rochev when Summer Glau resurfaces in Episode 18.

Furthermore, fans who think that Moira has been getting away with lying about Thea being the daughter of Malcolm Merlyn will be in for a real treat.

"She still really hasn't had her come-to-Jesus moment, despite what you think would be rock-bottom... and that's coming," said executive producer Andrew Kreisberg says, according to TV Guide.  Her relationship with Oliver over the big lie will have consequences for every character. "The cold war between Oliver and Moira is not going to go unnoticed by anyone," he added.
