Verizon Launching More Everything Plan for Additional Data With Reduced Prices
Verizon Wireless has a plan to appeal to customers who use large amounts of data every month. Meet the "More Everything" plan.
First teased by Verizon through the @VZWnews Twitter handle, Verizon has yet to announce officially what the new program will be. However, an anonymous tipster says the More Everything plan will be focused on those who need large amounts of mobile data and will offer discounts for those already in the Edge program, Engadget reported.
If a user has a plan that uses 8GB or less of mobile data per month, they will receive a $10 discount. For those who use 10GB or more per month, they will get $20 knocked off their bill.
This new plan will help out those who constantly require mobile data and are looking for some relief when their monthly bill appears in the mail. In addition, combining this program with the Edge program should definitely give Verizon Wireless customers a chance to afford the latest smartphones and large data plans without having a massive bill to worry about. The Edge program gives Verizon Wireless customers the chance the pay off their smartphone over the course of a two-year contract instead of paying a large down payment.
Verizon Wireless customers already on the Share Everything plan are expected to be rolled into the More Everything plan when it is launched. Share Everything users will receive an increase in their data caps when the More Everything plan begins. Users will also receive 25GB of free cloud storage and unlimited messaging to anywhere in the world as long as they are sending the message from the United States.
The More Everything plan does not have a release date yet, but it's sure to be a popular option for users who have trouble connecting to Wi-Fi networks. This plan seems to be in response to similar large data plans offered by different service providers and could keep Verizon Wireless customers in the fold in case they were considering other providers with larger data plans.
