In 2012, Dannon premiered a funny commercial with a surprising aggressive twist. The spot featured actor John Stamos and an attractive woman playfully sharing Oikos yogurt. The couple starts out very amicable and loving in the beginning of the ad until Stamos attempts to eat more than his share. That’s when the woman unexpectedly head butts him, forcing him to fall on the ground. Not only did this spot have great branding, but it also communicated that Dannon was fighting back against its competitor Chobani.
