After starting out in cameo roles in "Ghost Rider" and "This Means War," Rebel Wilson has since become one of the most highly-sought-after comedic actresses in Hollywood today. Known for her famous and infamous role as Fat Amy in the "Pitch Perfect" franchise, Wilson has now expanded her range to the fashion industry.

The Australian comedienne partnered with women's retail chain Torrid late last year to launch her new line of plus-size women's clothing. Rebel Wilson For Torrid includes ensembles and accessories inspired from Wilson's signature style in movies. The brand's all-new spring collection will debut on Feb. 7, 2015.

While on a promotional tour for her upcoming movie "How to Be Single," Wilson told E!Online that one of her reasons for pursuing the new venture was that she didn't really see anything youthful and trendy in the plus-size fashion market. She also admitted that designing clothes was something she thought she could never do.

"I didn't think I'd be able to design clothes," said Wilson. "I thought, 'That's not in my repertoire.'"

An insider from Torrid told Marie Claire that the comedienne has been deeply involved during the designing process. Shirts that have koala and microphone prints were all her ideas. Of course, there are also blouses and beanie caps with the word "Rebel."

While waiting for Wilson's spring outfits to release next month, plus-size ladies will be glad to know the current collection includes 25 pieces running from size 12 to 28. Most of the ensembles are in black, white and gray. For those wondering, Wilson's garbs cost anywhere between $28 and $125.

Some of the items Rebel Wilson for Torrid include:

Hollywood is notorious for being critical about plus-sized actresses, but Wilson revealed the industry has never asked her to lose weight. She joked that she doesn't want to be in the middle of being skinny or fat, since she would not have an identity.

"You don't want to be in that weird range of are you skinny or are you fat? Because how do you class yourself then? Weirdly, a lot of people say don't," she said. "But for me, it's just about being comfortable in your own skin. You never want to be like too unhealthy because that's bad. But you just want to be comfortable with who you are, whatever your size."
