ISIS Blueprints for a Ruling Islamic State Leaked: Terrorist Group Plans to Establish Islamic Rule Over the World? [Details]
A new Islamic State document has just been leaked and it's full of blueprints of the terrorist group's plans for the future. While most people think that the group's ultimate goal is to establish a caliphate over Iraq and Syria or even the entire Middle East, it looks like they have set their sights further than that.
As it turns out, ISIS wants to rule over the entire globe, as reported by Western Journalism. According to the outlet, documents have been leaked revealing the group's plan in shocking detail, outlining how the army expects to build an operational state, with feature guildelines for education, natural resources, industry, propaganda, military, and diplomacy with other nations.
The document, reported by The Mirror as a 24-page document titled "Principles in the Administration of the Islamic State" gives what is said to be incredible insight into a well-funded regime.
It also shows an organization far more sophisticated than what Obama called dismissively as a "JV team." The Islamic State has actually made plans revealing real-world solutions to the struggles they are facing. In one part, they addressed how children under their control must receive "training on bearing light arms."
A senior researcher at Georgia State University told The Guardian that "Far from being an army of irrational, bloodthirsty fanatics, ISIS is a deeply calculating political organization with an extremely complex, well-planned infrastructure behind it."
The text was also said to highlight the group's need to achieve a unified culture, and sets out their need for self-sufficiency by establishing their own independent factories and isolated safe zones to provide the needs of locals.
The document was said to have been leaked by a businessman who has been working with ISIS via the academic researcher, Aymenn al-Tamimi, who has worked for over a year to compile a log of ISIS documents made available for the public. For safety reasons, however, The Guardian refused to reveal more details about the said businessman, who has leaked about 30 documents to date.
While the documents haven't been confirmed to be authentic, retired General, Stanley McCrhystal, who led the military units that helped destroy ISIS predecesor, ISI, said that this outline should not be taken lightly. He shared, "If it is indeed genuine, it is fascinating and should be read by everyone - particularly policymakers in the west."
He also pointed out that the Islamic State should not be underestimated, and he has a point. In an article by Business Insider, they noted that the terrorist group has a "huge moneymaking method" that makes them even more dangerous: they are estimated to pull in $900 million a year.
