Samsung seems to be out of design ideas, as newly leaked images show the upcoming addition to the Galaxy A-Series, which looks very similar to the Galaxy S6.

About a month ago, specifications of the successor for the Korean company's Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A7 were revealed in the GFXBench benchmark database as cited by Sam Mobile.

According to the report, the new phones, known by their model numbers SM-A310 and SM-A710X, would sport 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch HD displays, with the former powered by a quad-core Exynos 7580 chipset, while the latter powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset.

Both devices are rumored to have 16GB worth of internal memory, and a 13-megapixel rear snapper, matched with a 5-megapixel front camera with a pre-installed Android Lollipop 5.1.1.

Meanwhile, the second-generation Galaxy A5 is rumored by Sam Mobile to also have a 5.2-inch 1080p display matched with a 1.6GHz Exynos 7 Octa processor and 2GB RAM.

Now, a recent report from the Sam Mobile reveals new images that reportedly came from China's very own telecom regulatory authority, TENAA.

Check them out here and here.

According to the outlet, the A-Series successors look so much like Samsung's Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge with it's 6.95mm body, made with both metal and glass.

However, it seems that the new devices are most likely going to be more powerful than the best-selling devices from Samsung since the S6 and S6 Edge are only running on 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 and 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57 quad-core chipset per full specifications provided by GSM Arena.

The A series successors are also better in terms of flexibility because Samsung would reportedly bringing back expandable memory in the new devices.

The company is also rumored to be working on another option for A-series patrons who prefer a higher-end version with the Galaxy A9.

This new device is rumored to have almost the same specs as the other new Galaxy A devices, but would be equipped with a 16-megapixel camera.

An October report from GSM Arena stated that this higher-end device would definitely be better than its sisters as it is expected to have four next-gen Cortex-A72 and four Cortex-A53 cores as well as a fresh new Adreno 510 GPU backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

The outlet also revealed that an official Samsung Galaxy A9 listing from the company's Iranian website is hinting at a possible December 1 release.
