Owners of the Huawei Nexus 6P, LG G4 and the Asus Zenfone 2 will be seeing the latest Android 6.0 update on their devices soon. While there is no official release date for the software update as of yet, the users of these devices should be able to expect a lot of changes once they have received the Android M updates on their phones.

As told by the Tech Times, Asus, on Nov. 16, announced that the Zenfone 2 will be one of the latest Android devices receiving the Android 6.0 update. Besides the Zenfone 2, Asus also announced that the ZenFone 2 Deluxe/Special Edition, ZenFone 2 Laser, ZenFone 2 Selfie and PadFone S will also be getting the highly anticipated update.

New features, such as an improved Google Now and a stronger application permission, are few of the expected updates Android M will bring.

The LG G4 became one of the most highly anticipated phones of 2015. While the South Korean company suffered in phone sales during the past years, LG made good with its flagship, the LG G3. According to Know Your Mobile, the LG G4 runs even better on Android 6.0. Already running on Android L, the device is arguably one of the best phones of 2015.

LG has been known to push the envelope when it comes to its smartphone sales. After trailing miserably behind rivals like Apple and Samsung, the brand seeks to prove to be a dominant force in the smartphone market with its latest flagship. The latest update from the Android operating system offers a number of features to the LG G4 that would prove to be useful to many users such as:

1. Permissions for applications will now be simplified and allow users for greater control of the information that these applications can access.

2. A new silent feature that would allow for sound and vibrate mode, as well as a new "Do Not Disturb" mode to inhibit all sounds and notifications.

3. Doze Mode is a feature that would prolong battery life by automatically shutting down applications that are not in use.

The Google Nexus 6P by Huawei is one of the first smartphones to be sold using the latest Android 6.0 update, reports IB Times. With this update comes a slew of new features, such as fingerprint support and others that would help improve performance as well as battery life.
