The much-awaited HTC One A9 phone may have found its match already, and it comes from the same company.

TechTimes reported that after the release of the One A9 before the year ends, HTC is again planning to have another handset called the One X9.

It also noted that this upcoming phone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, a 4 GB of RAM and internal storage options of 64 GB and 128 GB.

As for the camera, the One X9 is believed to have a 23MP main shooter, a 4-ultrapixel front-facing camera and a 3,500 mAh battery pack.

"The upcoming phone is also alleged to have a 2K display and a full-metal body. Some sources have reported that the One X9 will have a 1440p native resolution instead of 1080p, which the 2K display points to," added TechTimes.

In addition, Digital Trends said that the phone may also have BoomSound speakers, a feature which did not come with the One A9.

The same report said the product's tagline read "Packed with city smarts," which could mean that the phone may have "a fingerprint sensor and NFC tech to support mobile payments."

It was also noted in the TechTimes report that the One X9 could sell for about $472 when it becomes available in the market.

Meanwhile, the HTC One A9 is expected to look much like the iPhone 6s, as per TechRadar.

"Both have fairly plain metal shells with antenna lines running along near the top and bottom, both have slightly rounded corners and both have fingerprint scanners below the screen," added the same report.

The phone will come with a bigger 5-inch display with a higher resolution at 1080 x 1920.

As for the camera, the HTC website indicated that the One A9 will have a 13MP camera with auto focus and BSI sensor while its front camera is equipped with HTC UltraPixel.

TechRadar noted that the HTC One A9 will cost around $399 for its 32GB variant when it becomes available in the market.

According to TechnoBuffalo, the One A9 is anticipated to have a Snapdragon 617 processor and a 3GB of RAM.

"More graphics-intensive games took noticeably longer to load than on speedier chips. Gameplay was satisfactory, however," added the same report.

These packed features of the upcoming HTC One phone promised a great phone for a reasonable price.

For TechnoBuffalo, the strongest features of the phone are its great design, fingerprint reader and expandable storage. However, it said that it could have done better in terms of display, BoomSound and camera.
