Nintendo NX News, Release Date & Specs: ‘Legend of Zelda’ & Other Monolith Soft Title To Be Available on the New Console [Rumors]
There is a never-ending anticipation about Nintendo NX's upcoming release. As there is no obsolete news about the much-awaited device, it was reported that it will be soon hitting the market next year.
According to The Wall Street Journal, Nintendo Company already began distributing the software development kit for the new NX videogame console. And it was said that the product is ready to be introduced in 2016.
The gear will be used by third-party software developers to make new or existing games compatible to the unit. The electronics company along with other videogame builders opts to have on-hand game titles to offer to the consumers once the device is ready to be sold.
Christian Today cited that Nintendo might already have popular games handy once NX become available. One of the rumored titles that the device will have is "Zelda" Wii U or "The Legend of Zelda" NX.
To recall, the high-fantasy videogame never followed its released date, which led to the speculations that it is being prepared for the arrival of Nintendo's upcoming flagship device. However, it is not yet confirmed what game titles Nintendo NX will be having.
But, it was said that a number of game studios are starting to create good titles to be played on the forthcoming crown jewel. GamingBolt took note the starting development of Monolith Soft, one of the creators of "Zelda."
In fact, the subsidiary of Nintendo has recently seen to put up a new job advertisement on its official website. The notice said that they are looking for employees as they have urgent openings for mass hiring.
The employment will take place at the game development's studio in Japan and Kyoto. To recall, the company once said that they were planning to on an RPG game "that is rich in story and quite immersive."
Meanwhile, WSJ said that the physical aesthetics of the Nintendo NX is not yet revealed. Although, some of the people who knows about the development plans that it will be likely a double purpose device.
It was reported that it can be played as a handheld console or a home unit. It was also noted that Nintendo will use industry-leading chips in the NX devices.
Too, NintendoForums had a post that said NX will feature an "impressive hardware." There are swirling rumors that the apparatus will not be installed with optical drive but will have syncing capabilities.
