iPad Pro Release, Review & News: Device To Hit Apple Stores In Early November
Initially, it has been thought that the Apple TV will stores in October while the iPad Pro is set for November. However, 9to5 Mac reported that it's not actually the case: the Apple TV units will be arriving in early November, and the iPad Pro will go on sale online by late October. However, that did not say anything when it will actually hit the physical stores although MacWorld UK still thinks that it could go on sale as planned in November.
However, there is little that we know about the coming iPad Pro the price may go for $799 for the 32GB, Wi-Fi model, $949 for the 128GB Wi-Fi and $1,079 for the 128GB, Wi-Fi and cellular version.
It will be available in three colors --- silver, gold and Space Grey, which means that no, there is no rose gold version yet. Here are the things that the iPad Pro does have to offer:
The tablet will feature a 129-inch display with a 2,732 x 2048 screen resolution and a 264.68 pixel density --- the same as the iPad Air 2. Its size makes it easier to run apps optimized for the device and thanks to the new Split View in iOS 9, it is possible to make two apps run side by side.
The iPad Pro comes with an A9X processor chip, which offers twice the memory band with of its A8X predecessor. The overall speed is at 1.8 times better than, making it a faster, better performance all in all. MacWorld cited Apple Inc's official press release, which stated that the "iPad Pro delivers groundbreaking performance and energy efficiency, so you can tackle the most demanding tasks. Apple's powerful new 64-bit A9X chip, with third-generation 64-bit architecture, provides desktop-class CPU performance and console-class graphics."
For social media enthusiasts, the iPad Pro also boasts of an 8MP front-facing iSight camera with autofocus, f/2.4 aperture, five-element lens, exposure control, and panorama capture. It also has improved face detection, auto HDR of photos and videos, and timer mode to add to its list of features.
As for the battery life, the iPad Pro will have a battery life of 10 hours and while this isn't too impressive, the company says that the iPad Pro is the only iOS device that automatically adjusts its screen refresh rate based on the amount of movement on screen --- a power saver trick, so to speak.
For its accessories, it is said to come with a stylus called the Apple Pencil, and Smart Keyboard.
