Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Wedding: Kris Jenner Says Epic Wedding in the Works
By no surprise, Kris Jenner confirmed that her daughter Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West will be just as lavish and over-the-top as the celebrity couple's personalities, combined.
People magazine recently caught up with Jenner at her #cirocthenewyear pledge party at Los Angeles earlier this week where she opened up about the highly anticipated Kimye wedding.
"We have a pretty big family," she told People. "I don't think it will be two people in a chapel, if you know what I mean!"
Although Jenner wouldn't reveal if the couple has set a wedding date yet, she says "hopefully it will be soon."
Jenner says that she's not sure if she'll play a role in planning the big ceremony, admitting "I don't know if they'll let me jump in."
"That's two very creative minds getting together and they definitely have their own ideas," says Jenner, who is working with Ciroc's anti drinking and driving campaign.
Jenner says spending time with the couple and their 6-month-old daughter North, who are currently living with her until their new L.A. home is completely renovated, is one of the "most special and amazing" things to see.
"The whole way it evolved has been a dream come true for me, as her mom and ... North's grandmother," she says. "Our house is blissful. To watch Kim and see her mature and grow and turn into the most delicious mother, who is interested and engaged and reads to her every day, and if she works, brings North with her - it's very cute the way she doesn't want to be apart from her."
"And Kanye adores both of them," she continues. "The way he speaks of them, it is so delicious and I can't explain how in love with them he is. It's really sweet to watch."
Regardless of when the wedding takes place, we're sure it will be just as grand and epic as Kanye's marriage proposal to Kim in October.
Video footage of the special moment shows Kanye getting down on one knee and proposing to Kim in the middle of AT&T Stadium in San Francisco while a 50-piece orchestra played Lana Del Rey's "Young and Beautiful." He also arranged for the Jumbotron to say "PLEEEASE MARRY MEEE!!!" as big Roman candles lit up the sky, report the NY Daily News.
