Rob Kardashian's New Selfie Hints Comeback & Transformation [Photo]
After long months of being a recluse -- at least to his family and the media, Rob Kardashian is back on social media with a selfie that showed a slimmer man seemingly ready for a comeback.
The selfie, which is very toned-down without any nudity or profanity or anything out of the ordinary, showed the reclusive younger brother of Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian with a significant weight loss, as evidenced by the slimmer face from his late-night self portrait
Rob, who shied away from the spotlight for several months after reportedly gaining 100 pounds and a struggle with depression, captioned the laid-back snap with a simple "Gnight" and gained a lot of stories in regards to his return on the social scene.
Extra noted that it's not yet clear whether or not the photo was a throwback (as he's been known to have been doing for a while now) or a new one. However, if it is indeed new, then it shows that all the training he's been doing with his sister, Kim, is definitely working.
In the past few weeks, Rob has been tweeting about exercising with his sister, 34-year-old Kim Kardashian West and on Thursday, he shared an Instagram photo of himself drinking a milkshake in the past as he remembered how he started packing on the pounds.
The last time anyone caught sight of the star was in June, when he was photographed grabbing fast food from In-N-Out in Woodland Hills, California.
In line with tweets about working out, People reported that celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson also said that Rob has been getting fit with him. He said about the reality star's attitude about exercise, "Rob is always in! He's slammed schedule-wise and still makes this work. Never worry about Rob."
This is certainly a good turn of events for the 28-year-old. E! News reported just last week that Rob has hired a personal chef and is training with Peterson to help him lose weight. It was also around the same time he bumped into his half-sister Kylie Jenner and her boyfriend, Tyga.
Rob's health and struggles have been a concern for his entire family, and Khloe is helping him out, with whom he is currently staying with. In a recent interview with Complex, Khloe said about her brother, "I love having him with me. He's going through a hard time now and it's behind gates. With this crazy lifestyle you have to think of places where you can still have your freedom."
