'Paper Towns' Release Date & Cast News: Cara Delevingne's GF St. Vincent Joins Star at Movie Premiere
Supermodel-turned-actress Cara Delevingne sprinkled a little bit more love with girlfriend St. Vincent during the premiere of her film "Paper Towns."
The film adaptation of John Green's adored "Paper Towns" is now showing in theaters in different parts of the world and all eyes are on the newbie actress and her partner, Annie Clark, popularly known as St. Vincent.
According to Yahoo! Celebrity News, the couple had attended the highly-anticipated movie debut while making adorable public displays of affection and emitting undeniable chemistry.
Flaunting a ravishing intricate braid, Delevingne walked the red carpet hand-in-hand with her girlfriend. St. Vincent had been present for moral support but remained in the background for her partner to enjoy the limelight she so deserves.
During the film's red carpet premiere held in New York, Delevingne gave some inspiring thoughts about love and being loved.
"Love is inspiring! True love comes in every form, whether it's what you do or whether you love yourself. True love is one of the most important things. It's what makes the world go 'round," the 22-year-old actress told Us Weekly.
Both ladies have remained quiet about their relationship that began December last year to avoid controversies, including their rumored breakup which Yahoo described as "nothing but smoke and mirrors."
E! News acquired some awesome photos of the two showing the Vogue cover girl in a pair of stunning Alejandra G. shoes and a cleverly designed Saint Laurent mini-dress adorned with beads, showing of her sexy long legs as well as "a cheeky slash of décolletage."
Talking to Vogue, the actress expressed her sadness that the filming and preparations for the release of "Paper Towns" have already come to an end because of the friendship she formed with other cast members.
Film newcomer Jaz Sinclair echoed Delevingne's opinion, saying: "I hope the audience walks away feeling like they just made five friends."
Supporting their friend, Karlie Kloss and the rest of what Vogue dubbed as 'the supermodel squad' were also present during the premiere.
"It's amazing to see her come into her own, she's so talented, and I'm excited to see her do something she's always dreamt of doing," Kloss told Vogue.
"Paper Towns" is Cara Delevingne's first shot as a leading actress but Daily Mail UK revealed that she almost gave up on her acting career.
"I basically gave up on acting, because trying to get an agent was impossible. Everyone said, 'You're just a model,'" she told the Wall Street Journal.
Now, she has proven those people wrong with her epic first leading role in a movie.
