Eva Longoria Engaged to Mexican Boyfriend? The Truth Revealed!
It's time to put that Eva Longoria engagement rumors to rest, because those are getting old, and she keeps denying them anyway.
Eva Longoria always manages to find herself in the middle of engagement rumors, and for a couple of them, it's not the paparazzi that's to blame. Fox News noted that the former "Desperate Housewives" star recently sparked engagement rumors (yet again) when she stepped out with a diamond band on her wedding finger as she was traveling on her way to Sydney with beau Jose Antonio Baston.
On Tuesday, she debunked the rumors of an engagement on the Australian breakfast show, "Kyle and Jackie O". She shared: "This is a ring, I've had this ring forever. This is just a Martin Catz band that I move (on) my hands depending on my swelling. I move fingers, I do."
She said that she moved it to her wedding finger because she must have gained weight. She shared the same sentiments on "Extra" several months back. "This ring I keep putting on this finger. I always wear it here and I keep moving it. I think it's my fault. I'm misleading people," she shared to host Mario Lopez.
However, despite denying engagement rumors, there is one thing that's apparent on the star: she's in love, and she's not afraid to admit it, either. She told the Daily Mail Australia, "I'm truly in love, mostly... every moment we get to spend together is a blessing. People want a secret to looking good, but there isn't one. I'm in love, that has a lot to do with it. I take good care of myself, it's no secret, I eat a healthy diet and I exercise..."
And she would talk more about him if he's not shy from media, either. Longoria told Fox News, "He's more mature, he's super private, that's the only reason I don't talk of him. Otherwise I'd talk about him all the time."
So, while we all want the lovely actress to have her happy ever after, it seems that the wedding bells are not going off anytime soon. However, she is in love, and happy, and that's good enough for her now, there's no need to bring up the engagement thing every time we see that same ring on that same finger, she's just moving it along, after all.
When do you suppose she and Baston will finally walk down the aisle to say "I do"?
