Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Divorce News: Khloe Files for Divorce, Cites 'Irreconcilable Differences'

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have officially called it quits.

According to TMZ, Kardashian filed court documents Friday to end her four year marriage to the NBA star after enduring months of marital woes and rumors that Odom was abusing drugs and was unfaithful. In the legal documents, filed by Laura Wasser, Khloe cites "irreconcilable differences" as the reason she wants a divorce.

However, because the estranged couple signed an ironclad prenup, their property has been kept separate.

There have been reports that the former LA Lakers player has refused to seek drug counselling although he has reportedly been addicted to drugs, including crack cocaine on and off for the last two years, reports the New York Daily News.

Kardashian is asking the judge to legally remove Odom from her name, and she is not asking for any spousal support.

The 29-year-old "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality personality "stopped wearing her wedding ring," TMZ reported, after a video of the 34-year-old basketball player surfaced in November showing him involved in a bizarre freestyle rap and apparently bragging about cheating on his wife.

Through their relationship, Kardashian posted ominous photos and sayings to her social media pages, but refrained from directly commenting on her relationship status.

For instance, in Oct. she posted a bold message of a painting with the words "You Get What You F-----g Give" in red dripping ink on her Instagram and Twitter pages. Needless to say, the profound statement did not come with a caption.
