Leonardo DiCaprio New Girlfriend 2015: Fun Facts About Kelly Rohrbach
Leonardo DiCaprio has long been one of the hottest bachelors in Hollywood. In that vein, everyone is excited to know when the 40-year-old actor will finally settle down and with who. Page Six's article featuring Leo's current girlfriend, Kelly Rohrbach, highlights the probability that she could be that woman who can finally lock him down.
Proving that Rohrbach is more than just a face, Page Six enumerates some of her achievements and traits.
Rohrbach, daughter of a successful financier, earned a degree from Georgetown University. She grew up in the lavish neighborhood of Greenwich, Conn., at a home with a private golf facility.
Contrary to the usual notion that this model always dress to impress, her friends described Rohrbach as a "tomboy" whose wardrobe is mostly comprised of jeans and T-shirts. In fact, she was once a golf player at the Big East school before giving it up for the theater, according to the New York Post.
"I'm definitely quick-witted," she shared in an interview with Esquire. "And I can hang with the guys. I'm pretty relaxed, and nothing really offends me. I think everything's funny, to be honest."
Celebrity photographer Yu Tsai backs up this pronouncement by sharing, "Kelly hangs with the boys, but she is very vivacious. She's the cool chick. And she's well-educated. You can see it the moment she walks into the room."
After graduation, Rohrbach moved to Los Angeles, bagging roles on "Two and a Half Men" and "Rizzoli and Isles." With her charm and grace, she eventually became a rising star in the fashion world. MJ Day, editor of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, even recalls the day when Rohrbach easily stood out from more than a hundred swimsuit aspirants.
"When she came into the office, she floored us immediately," he said. "She had that spark. She's an incredible conversationalist. When she is around, you are sucked into her. She takes the room with her presence in the best possible way."
In 2014, she signed with powerhouse agency IMG, and just recently, she appeared in an Old Navy ad hawking "boyfriend" jeans with another topnotch model Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
Last year, Glamour Magazine featured a write-up about Leo's "perfect woman" and marriage. According to the star, "humility, a sense of humor and not a lot of drama," are some of the traits that amaze him. With Rohrbach's laidback personality, could she be the Mrs. DiCaprio fans have all been waiting for?
"The truth is, it's gonna happen when it's gonna happen. I'm just gonna let it happen naturally. I really am. That's the only way to do it, I feel. And when it's right, it's gonna be right," Leo previously shared.
