The much awaited Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus could be announced alongside the launching of the Galaxy Note 5 at the Berlin-based IFA this coming September.

Christian Post reports that the announcement could likely happen three months from now on the date of the said event.

According to Forbes, Samsung is expected to unveil the Note 5 with an executive almost confirming the news.

The same report detailed that Samsung Executive Vice President Rhee In Jong revealed that the Samsung Pay mobile payments service is set to be integrated on the next high-end mobile device of the company.

He did not specify that the device is the Note 5 but reports said that the reference was obvious.

If this is true, it would just be a few months before the public can get hold of two new additions to Samsung's line of mobile products.

So what can we expect from the Samsung Galaxy S6 Plus?

PhoneArena mentioned that the upcoming device will be similar to the Galaxy S6 Edge but will likely sport a larger screen.

"Minor interface tweaks are also expected, judging by the images of the device that have been leaked so far," added the same report.

It was added in the Christian Post report that the phone will have a 5.4 or 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD or 2K (2560 x 1440) resolution, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory. The mobile device will also get a Snapdragon 808 chipset from Qualcomm.

In a similar report, Yibada detailed that the S6 Plus will sport a curved screen and will be part of Samsung's Project Zero (formerly Project Zen).

As for the camera, it is claimed to come with a 16 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front-facing shooter, perfect for taking photos outdoors and indoors and also selfie images.

PC Advisor said that there has been no released information on the price of the phone, but it noted that it could be valued around $1,080 adding that it may also include an S Pen stylus, which is normally found on the Note series though this is still being debated online.

The same report explained that the price could reach this high because the phone will "lool like a larger version of the Galaxy S6 Edge."

A pretty decent phone which has great features and specifications may be making its way to the mobile market soon and fans are expected to grab one considering its high-end offerings.

And if it will be paired with the Note 5's release, surely the device will also get its much-needed attention from users who have been waiting for the revelation that is the Galaxy Note 5.
