Messy wiring may just be a thing in the past if rumors of the new HTC One M10 proves true. According to Geeky Gadgets, HTC's next generation smartphone, tentatively called the HTC One M10, will come with wireless charging, following in the footsteps of its rival company, Samsung, which recently released the same technology for their Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge models.

Cult of Android stated that Howard Lee, Senior Director of Project Management and Electrical Structure at HTC, has already confirmed the wireless charging technology for the M9 successor. Like with any other smart phones and the wireless charging technology, the M10 can be charged simply by placing it on a compatible charging pad, but there is no clear news yet on whether or not HTC will employ the same in its technology. However, the website noted that it is highly unlikely that anyone connected to the company would release information on the next gadget when before this year's M9 even goes on sale, which is why the website noted that it's probably best to regard this news with a pinch of salt as of the moment.

The recently launched HTC One M9, boasts good design and specs, which should be fine until the launch of its predecessor by November, and until the release by early 2016.

As noted in the official HTC One website, the M10 will be further refined and slimmer, with a more metal build and loaded with great features. Specifications details have not been released yet but the mobile company is said to be set on manufacturing different colors for the next model, in Silver, Black, and Grey.

The M10 us expected to have a 145 x 70 x 10 mm structure, and integrated with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip, which makes it a good device for those who want better performance.

It will reportedly have a six-inch LCD display with a yet-to-be-announced resolution and pixel density but it will also come with a capacitive touch screen with multi-touch features. It will also come with the same proximity sensor and light sensor technologies as its predecessor. It is said to have a more than 20MP camera with dual LED option, and will boast optical image stabilization, autofocus, geo tagging, and face detection, for a reasonable price that is yet to be confirmed.

With the recent release of HTC One M9, it seems that M10 is set to be unveiled by November 2015.
