LG G5 Launching in December? Specs, Features & Price Details Here [Rumors]
Gadgets are continuously evolving. In fact, when it comes to smartphones, companies have been trying to improve specs and features as demand has been rising quickly every year.
Every model that is being released in the market has something new to offer to the consumers and product launches are being held regularly. Take for example the LG's lineup, starting with LG G2. The G2 model was released in August 2013, then LG G3 in June 2014, followed by G4 in April 2015. With that, a website following the development of the LG series has been wondering if the company will be releasing another G series this coming December 2015.
Not contented with the award in the 2015 Mobile World Congress, LG is rumored to launch another LG G series in December. This transpired when Cho Jun-ho, the head of LG's mobile business, declared that the company will release a product that will surpass the latest G series.
"We are planning to release a product that stands above the G series," said Cho Jun-ho during this year's MWC. It will be launched during the second half this year," as noted on CNET.
Some rumors claim that the release will be in March 2016. Nevertheless, overall changes will still be evident that will help compete with other flagship releases, as stated on LG G5 Updates.
Another rumor cited from an LG G5 site said that the new version of LG is coming in June 2016 and will be available in three versions: plastic, standard and premium with full bendable display. In addition, use of 5G connectivity is a possibility. Twice as fast and better worldwide coverage than 4G will be such a convenience to the owners.
Moreover, the LG G5 could also have 4100mAh battery, 20 MP front-facing camera, 5 MP rear-facing camera, a 2.9ghz octa-core processor, and a 4K screen display. Imagine how impressive this will be if it will really come into reality? Unbelievably fast, with super-display and long battery life, not to mention the high definition camera not only for taking long-range photographs but also for the trending selfies.
Since the company has not made any final announcement yet, rumors will continue to surface regarding the LG G5. Consumers' suggestions are probably still being considered so we might see more adjustments to be made.
According to the update website, a slight change is expected in the price of the upcoming G5, which is currently tagged to be around $900. However, since it made huge changes to its rumored new model, it will surely be worth every dollar.
