'Avengers 2: Age of Ultron' Trailer, Cast & Plot Synopsis: 'Spider-Man' to Star in Film?
When Sony and Marvel finally made the deal to get Spider-Man a part in the Avengers, it's not the best news for actor Andrew Garfield. However, it seems that less than two months away from the release of "Avengers 2: Age of Ultron," production decided that it's time Spider-Man makes an appearance. At least that's what rumors have been saying.
The deal with Sony, according to Screen Rant, allows for Spider-Man to be part of Disney's Marvel Cinematic Universe and it's almost sure that the friendly neighborhood hero will be appearing in "Captain America: Civil War" next year. After that, he will be having his own standalone film for summer 2017.
For now, however, the biggest excitement is the possibility of Spider-Man getting a cameo for "Avengers: Age of Ultron," although it seems like a big jump considering that the deal was made only recently.
But as Screen Rant pointed out, if the deal between Sony and Marvel happened before the "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" film was released, then there is a possibility that Andrew Garfield could habe been the web-slinger and an actual lead hero when Spidey joins the Avengers.
However, this is definitely not the case. The possibility of Spider-Man appearing in this year's Avenger's film is slim to none, but the fan-made trailer would have been awesome.

Spider-Man cameo fantasies aside, here are some things that we know for sure are happening in "Age of Ultron":
Iron Man's changes in "Iron Man 3" will leave some interesting moments for "Avengers 2." He was shown to have destroyed all his Iron Man suits, and getting the reactor off his chest, which suggests that he is finally finished with being a superhero. Upon his retirement as Iron Man, he goes to private global security, as pointed out by Cinema Blend, and ended up creating the supervillain that we have come to know as Ultron.
At the end of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier," the Captain, by far has the biggest impact in MCU as he had to deal with the horrors of his past, but also learned that the institution that he's been working for turned out to have been taken over by HYDRA. There is also the possibility that the conflict with Iron Man will start in "Age of Ultron".
There are so many things going on with MCU, but what did you think of the fan-made trailer for "Age of Ultron?" do you think this could be possible considering that the film will be in theaters May 1?
