Nascar Driver's Ex-GF a Trained Assassin? 'The Outlaw' Claims Seeing Patricia Driscoll in a Blood-Splattered Gown
In his testimony on Tuesday, Nascar stock car racer Kurt Busch, better known as "The Outlaw", said that he believes that ex-flame Patricia Driscoll is a trained assassin and a hired killer.
According to an AP Sports report, Busch detailed that Driscoll has been dispatched in various missions around the world and he once saw her go back to their home in "a blood-splattered gown."
"Everybody on the outside can tell me I'm crazy, but I lived on the inside and saw it firsthand," said Busch when he was questioned by his legal counsel.
A similar Fox Sports discussed that the Busch's testimony during the hearing, which lasted for four days, was not refuted by Driscoll or her legal team.
The Nascar racer also narrated how he decided to end things between him and Driscoll, adding that she was already controlling his activities and it was hard for him to focus on racing.
Aside from these revelations, Busch also claimed that Driscoll "asserted a female character in the film 'Zero Dark Thirty' was based on her and other similar people," Bleacher Report noted. She reportedly showed him photos of dead people which led him to believe that she was really killing for money.
Earlier, Driscoll accused Busch of assaulting her in his motorhome at the Dover International Speedway last September. The American businesswoman claimed that her ex-boyfriend grabbed her by the throat and slammed her head on a wall thrice. These allegations has since been denied by Busch as he said that he told Driscoll to leave the house but not in a violent manner.
Driscoll's side of the story
In an interview with AP after the hearing, Driscoll said that the testimony of Busch are "ludicrous" and "without basis."
''These statements made about being a trained assassin, hired killer, are ludicrous and without basis and are an attempt to destroy my credibility. Not even Rusty Hardin believes this. I find it interesting that some of the outlandish claims come straight from a fictional movie script I've been working on for eight years," she was quoted by AP Sports as saying.
AP Sports added that a witness, Richard Andrew Sniffen who works as a Christian music minister and goes on Nascar outreach events, said that Driscoll told him on the night of the alleged assault that Busch pushed her to the wall where she hit her head.
Sniffen added that Driscoll appeared "upset, angry and brokenhearted" but that she seemed not afraid of her boyfriend and was open to reconciliation. Sniffen, however, said that in the following week, he noticed that Driscoll seemed to have a change of heart and was out for "a little bit of revenge."
