Android L 5.0 OTA Update & Download: List of HTC, Samsung, Sony & Motorola Devices to Receive Lollipop OS
Are you still waiting for your device to receive the latest Android OS? Ever since Lollipop rolled out Nov. 3, prospects have been eyeing its arrival on their respective handsets, while factory images popped here and there. Flashing these downloads might be the fastest way to get a taste of Lollipop, but the process could be too technical for some. Hence, we've always recommended waiting for official OTA updates.
Carry on, because the odds remain to be in your device's favor, unless Android tells Lollipop won't support it. We've provided the list of units set to receive the 5.0 upgrade below.
HTC
According to HTC Source, the company has committed to roll out Lollipop within 90 days following Google's release of the latest code. As the outlet puts it, HTC's One M8 and One M7 (both Google Play Edition) should have received the upgrade by November or December 2014.
Meanwhile, the Android Revolution HD blog tabulated a list of other HTC devices set to get Lollipop:

Samsung
For the Korean tech giant, Android Pit reported that Lollipop is currently rolling out among Galaxy S4 GPE units. Accordingly, Galaxy S5 handsets already received the update.
By the end of December, the outlet listed Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy S4 as upgrade candidates. The Galaxy Note 3 is expected to take its turn by January 2015.

Sony is particularly launching Lollipop to most of its Z-line devices. Know Your Mobile listed the following as expected recipients of the Android upgrade:

The outlet added that Sony's Z Ultra (GPE) gets Lollipop first. The rest of the devices will meet the OS early next year, said the report.
Motorola
The company runs a software updates page, set to let users track which of its devices are already running (or at least receiving) Android 5.0 Lollipop. Gotta Be Mobile listed the following as confirmed by Motorola to receive the update:
