WWE Monday Night Raw Preview & Spoilers for Nov. 18, 2013: CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Randy Orton On Road To Survivor Series
WWE Monday Night Raw will have a "country music" theme this week, with the WWE Superstars rolling into Nashville, TN, telecasting live from Bridgestone Arena. Country music group and 2013 American Music Award nominee, Florida Georgia Line, has tweeted they will be in the house for Raw Country.
As part of Raw Country, the WWE Universe will get to vote as to what is the most devastating finishing hold - CM Punk's Anaconda Vice, Daniel Bryan's Yes! Lock, Alberto Del Rio's Cross Arm Breaker, or Natalya's Sharpshooter. You can vote for your favorite submission hold on WWE.com.
Meanwhile, The Authority - WWE COO Triple H and wife Stephanie McMahon - return from their vacation and will have a lot to say after the chaos that unfolded at the end of Raw in Manchester, England last week with a riot unfolding in the ring involving half the roster involved in the melee. The Authority will also have to deal with the power moves of Raw general manger Brad Maddox, Smackdown general manager Vickie Guerrero, and WWE Director of Operations Kane, who do not seem to be on the same page.
Kane has made it clear, during a post-Raw interview with Michael Cole a day after the telecast, that despite shedding the mask and showing a more corporate-friendly attitude after aligning himself with The Authority, including wearing a suit-and-tie, "The monster will be utilized." How will Kane handle the internal power struggle with Guerrero and Maddox? And how will The Authority unleash their new monster on The Big Show - who has a title shot at Survivor Series against WWE Champion Randy Orton in the main event and who has evoked the ire of the Triple H and Stephanie McMahon?
Punk and Bryan - who has been calling themselves The Beard & The Best - seem to be on the same page after repeated sneak attacks by the Wyatt Family, with a match set for Survivor Series between the two former champions in a tag-team match against Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of the Wyatts. Punk and Bryan instigated the riot that broke out at the end of Raw in Manchester, England, after tricking The Shield and The Wyatts into attacking each other before Bray Wyatt talked sense to both groups and set their sights on their common foes. Will The Beard & The Best stay ahead of the clan or will they be fed to the buzzards prior to their Survivor Series match?
