Rihanna, Drake New Album 2014: ‘Lost Files’ Tracklist Leaked? New Songs From RiRi After 2 Years Revealed [Rumors]
Will fans of the "Diamonds" singer finally get a full-length album after two years?
The alleged new album from Rihanna is titled "Lost Files," reported Urban Islandz. The outlet says that a photo, believed to be the tracklist of the singer's upcoming album, has emerged online.
The songs in the alleged album based on the grainy photo as reported by Urban Islandz are:
"Bold"
"Trouble"
"Ain't No Drama"
"Barz" featuring Nicki Minaj
"A Drug & A Dream"
"All Night"
"Lovin, Fallin, Dyin"
"Tattered Heart"
"Real Talk" featuring Drake
"Hall of Fames" or "Hall of Flames"
"Pray 4 Me" featuring Big Sean
"Oceans"
"Veins"
"Lost Files" featuring Eminem
The listing will surely excite fans of Rihanna -- especially since there's a track featuring Drake. However, BBC Newsbeat reported that the alleged "Lost Files" tracklisting is not authentic.
"The picture appeared to reveal collaborations with Drake, Big Sean and Nicki Minaj," said Newsbeat. "But the singer's label Roc Nation has told Newsbeat the image is 'totally fake.'"
BBC Newsbeat noted that the "Lost Files" photo "first appeared on EnvytheDJ.com in a photo gallery of the star, last week."
In addition to a new 2014 album, Rihanna is also rumored to be working on a single although it isn't clear how "Lost Files" and the new song fit together.
ThyBlackMan reported that the "Stay" singer is wrapping up a new track titled "Color Girl." The song, according to the outlet, has a "title that doesn't go without notice for it's perhaps veiled message about her reuniting with Chris Brown."
Rihanna is even timing the song's release together with her alleged announcement that she's getting back with ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown, adds ThyBlackMan. Of course, it is best to take all these with a grain of salt since the singer has not confirmed anything yet.
The wait could be taking its toll on the singer's fans as Uproxx noted that it has been a while since "Unapologetic."
"Before her current sabbatical, Rih-Rih was known as one of the world's most prolific musicians (and still is), releasing a project every year since 2005 sans 2008. Six of those seven albums have gone platinum, including 21 platinum singles," the outlet explained.
Fans should still be prepared, though, as Uproxx said that according to rumors, Rihanna might just be planning something Beyonce-like in terms of album release.
In December 2013, Beyonce dropped a self-titled album on iTunes without all the fireworks. She simply took to Instagram and posted "Surprise!"
Do you think Rihanna will do the same?
